Slowest customer service line!


Cimb is testing my patience!

1st time , i put down d phone after 20mins & none pick up.
2nd time, 30 mins
3rd time, as above bt now it's 16mins.

Dah la i haven't rcvd my cc statement.
Then, thr's no print out of my bills,
i could only activate my online pymt 2 weeks from last week.

Oh word, did i just regret applying cc with cimb.
Slow nak mampus!
